At Wellington Manor, we strive for a perfect balance of community spirit, professionalism, and privacy.
Our building is a vintage 1910 mansion that was converted to condominiums in 1980. Over the past 40 years, the building has been well-kept and modernized, while still keeping its traditional charm. For example, three of the garage spots in the back are actually the original coach-house, and our front staircase still has the original woodwork in pristine condition.
Our condominium association is run as a business. While still considering the emotional elements of owners concerned about their homes, the focus is on the overall well-being of the building and its occupants. The Board always considers what is fair and just, and long-term planning is part of any decision.
